Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred, not mandatory
• Pleasant phone manner and patience with customers

Drive new business and manage client relationships for our silicone rubber product range. Prior experience selling into the rubber, silicone, or polymer industry is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and manage the full sales cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand technical product specifications (tubes, cords, profiles, sponge) to advise customers accurately
• Prepare quotations and coordinate custom orders with the production team
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Travel for client visits as required

Requirements

• Prior sales experience in the rubber, silicone, or polymer industry is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and customer requirements
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
